Dear members,

It has been a tough but fruitful journey to serve our people along with the rest of the members and donors here. It is because of your care and blessings we have been able to achieve many targets during the ongoing pandemic.

During Ramadan, we were able to achieve our first campaign target of reaching 1000 families with food packs that could last for a month, for a family of 6.

Our second campaign of reaching out to 500 families with food packs, is midway. We have so far delivered to 250 families and 250 more are pending to be distributed judiciously.

Our third camping of reaching out to pregnant women belonging to poor families with nutrition kits is also in the process.

We are aware of the changing dynamic of COVID impact in the valley. Therefore, after careful consideration and research, team SRO and Coronavirus Watch - J&K have decided that they will be collecting and spending future donations on necessary medical equipment/need-based items only. This will be our fourth campaign, since March 28th, 2019. Details of this campaign will be made public as soon as we proceed.

SRO has dispatched help to different districts in the Kashmir valley like Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Budgam, Baramulla, Ganderbal, Handwara, Kupwara, etc.

Team SRO has mirrored its relief work to its friends and members through regular updates. And this is yet another attempt to maintain consistency and transparency.

Thank you,

Team SRO and Coronavirus Watch - J&K
